Q. How do I get the free downloads?
A. Simply purchase one of our standard items and then you can add free downloads to your basket and process the order.
Q. How do I re-download a file I have already purchased.
A. Our system is designed to make the downloads available for a certain amount of time after the purchase. The login module on the left side of the website allows you to loing again and do certain things. Please make sure you keep your login info handy for next time you are on the site. Once you have logged in you will see 2 features in this module. "Account Maintenance" and "Download Area". Account Maintenance is the main one for you to look at your previous orders. If you have recently purchased something and need to re-download it simply open that order and you will see a link just below the product info. If you can not see this link then the download period may have expired. The "Download Area" link is only used if you have the "Download-ID" info from the original email that was sent confirmimg your order.
Q. Can I get an older download reactivated?
A. Yes. If you email us and request your order items to be reactivated it can be done. Please be sure to tell us what order number you are wanting. This is not a standard practice so please be sure to keep all of your original downloads in a safe place on your computer.
